Definitely a better workout than the rollers alone. It was a little finicky to get the clearance right but once you have it set, that's it.

Works as advertised, simple to assemble, don't worry about not having the 'spacer' (if you purchase one it'll make sense, I used a pencil instead) just make sure the magnet/bar is not touching your rollers. Flip your rollers over and start riding. We have and will recommend this product to anyone who rides!!
